EDC week celebrated on 1st week of February 2017. In this week six seminars were organized by EDC on 2nd and 3rd of February 2017. These seminars motivate students about how to become an Entrepreneur. So students got awareness of EDC. Total 35 students attend these seminars. The speakers are Entrepreneur and they having their own start-up. They share the experiences and give the platform to the new Entrepreneur for Star-up. List of speakers are:

Innovative Idea Generation Competition and Final Year Project Poster Competition year 2016-17

On 3rd February 2017 the Innovative Idea Generation Competition and Final Year Project Poster Competition were organised by EDC.

In Innovative Idea Generation Competition total 75 teams are registered, each team includes 4 to 5 students from inter and intra department. Out of these 22 teams are shortlisted for final round .

In the final round students had given 10 minutes for presenting their ideas in front of judges and best three ideas were selected. These best ideas are felicitated by principal sir by cash 1st prize of Rs. 3000/, 2nd prize of Rs.2000 and 3rd cash prize of Rs. 1000/ with certificates. Selected Ideas are under the implementation phase. The selected ideas title and abstract is given below:

Poster Project Competition

EDC organized Final Year Poster Project Competition on 3rd February 2017. In final year poster presentation competition total 21 teams participated, consisting of 3 teams from each branch. Project coordinators select best three project departmental level and forwarded to EDC coordinator. Student made a flex and displayed in drawing hall for competition.

Displayed poster judge by External Examiners. The selected posters are.

1. Paper Bricks –Civil Engineering Department
2. Automatic water filling system for railways in India - Electronics Engineering Department.
3. LPG Automation Device- Electronics Engineering Department.

These teams were awarded by the principal sir by cash prize Rs.3000/ for 1st team, Prize Rs.2000/ for 2nd team, prize Rs.1000/ for 3rd team.
