The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Internet of Things and Cyber Security including Blockchain Technology) was established in 2022.

The curriculum focuses on emerging technologies, with a strong emphasis on Internet of Things, Cybersecurity, and Blockchain technology. Students receive hands-on experience and exposure to industry-relevant tools, preparing them to excel in multidisciplinary fields and making them globally employable technocrats.

The faculty actively engages in both academic and applied research, contributing to a significant number of publications in journals and conferences. These publications reflect the department's commitment to advancing knowledge and innovation in these critical areas. Faculty members are also involved in various industry collaborations and consulting projects, fostering strong connections between academia and the outside world.

With a strong foundation in both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, the department is poised to produce graduates who are not only technically proficient but also capable of leading the charge in innovation and entrepreneurship in the rapidly changing tech world.
